STP file does not appear in Gov Connect

HELLO , Im trying to upload my STP file into Gov Connect , it says it is successful however does not appear in the list below so I can submit it to ATO. Please Help.

Do you have more than one Product tile visible? eg:

(Annoyingly!) it automatically defaults to the FIRST tile shown so if you have more than one, click on the correct product tile to see the uploaded submissions under that product.

Hi Rebecca,

The other thing I'd recommend checking is whether or not your GST branch number matches between the Company Information section in your company file within Reckon Accounts Hosted and GovConnect. Example below.

They'll need to match in order for GovConnect to accurately read the data in the STP .json file.
