-Error: - 6123, 0
Hi,
I've just installed reckon but when I select my company file to begin, I keep getting this error. I've made the firewall adjustments but still getting this error. Errror details below:
-Error: - 6123, 0
Reckon is trying to access the company file but cannot contact the database server
Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Thanks for your help. I managed to sort it out by restarting the PC as well but this was also helpful.
