Uninstalling previous versions

in Personal Plus and Home & Business

When trying to reinstall Personal Plus 2022 I deleted the installed files manually rather than using the uninstall option in Windows. The new version will not install because it thinks there is a previously installed version and the uninstall facility in windows will not work because I deleted files manually. How can resolve this problem?
