Quicken closes when back up is attempted
I am using Quicken Home and Business 2011 that I don't believe has ever been updated[. I am new to the position of Club treasurer] When I try to backup my work I receive a message "Quicken has encountered a problem and needs to close". I guess the program is no longer supported.
Is it possible to now purchase an update to solve this problem?
