Printer 2nd Page

Hi Everyone,

This is my first post so please don't kick it down. I have a page of terms and conditions in the form of a PDF file. I want to print this on the back of my invoice as the printer handles full Duplex. Does anyone know of an application or a way to do this?

Many thanks

Alan

Can’t you just print it on blank pages and then put the paper back into printer when printing an invoice

    Hi Alan

Unfortunately, I don’t believe a multi-page invoice template is possible from within the program itself.

Do you email &/or print your invoices? I think the only workarounds would be …

If emailing: attach a separate T&C’s PDF document or

If printing: manually turn the printed page over to print out the T&C’s doc on the other side 😬

Hi Shaz and thanks for your reply.

Currently I print a few 100 pages and put them upside down in the printer.

Unfortunately the printer is in the dispatch area. It also means I am limited to the use of that tray for invoices only.

    Kind regards

    Alan

The printer is in a different location. I normally print then go to the dispatch area and have the parcel packed with the invoice.

    Many thanks though

Yeah, I think that’s the only option at this stage Alan, but it might be worth adding this to the wish list (or voting if someone else has already suggested it) here:

Consider modifying the invoice template using the Layout Designer and add either text field that represents a website link to your Terms and Conditions document or add an image that has a QR code that links to that Terms and Conditions document.

Thanks for the idea, I need something the person can read on the spot and would not like them requiring internet access to read the conditions. I spoke with a software coder and he indicated he could write a virtual printer for me that would add the second page and send it as double print to the printer. Thank you anyway
