Is there a way to access the information after cancelling?

Our Customer Service team can organise a read-only copy of Reckon Accounts Enterprise which you can use to open your file from Hosted.
Make sure you download a backup first, as a current subscriber you are entitled to a desktop copy of Reckon Enterprise. You can restore the file to this copy, but as it won’t be registered you won’t be able to enter information but will be able to see it and run reports. Otherwise keep your backup and should you ever need it you can download a trial version
