I have just uploaded the new Reckon Accounts Premier: Accountants Edition 2022 with help from our IT people but I can't open any files. I know there are more steps but since this is once a year thing, I have forgotten. Cheers

Where are your files usually saved?
What is the process you're going through to try and locate them? ie. do you have a specific folder on your PC that your .QBW files are usually saved to?
If its a local destination on your PC then you could open the Windows Search and type in .qbw and Windows will search your PC for files with that file type in its name and will also show the folder/destination that its in.
