Automatic.pdf printing

When I have invoices etc downloaded they want to print automatically and when I send them to a client they cant just view the invoice despite stating do not print

This used to happen a while back but disappeared and has noe come back

Can anybody help please ?

    To clarify the above, where is this occurring ie. Outside if Reckon Accounts Hosted in a PDF viewer/reader? Is there a specific message you're receiving? If so, can you post a screenshot of it here.
