Please Help - support not available today - Your product has expired

I cannot log into Reckon Hosted, no issue with payment and no notification if this was an issue, anybody else have the same issue today 2/4/2022 - also no help desk open to rectify. The error at log in is "YOUR PRODUCT HAS EXPIRED"
