Personal Plus 2022

I installed Personal Plus 2022 several months ago and it keeps crashing particualrly with file operations like a backup.
I have uninstalled it and then reinstalled and it still keeps happening. And when you open it it asks whether you are a new user and then you have to find the file and open it again.
So frustrating

How do I enter share holdings (number of shares owned) into share portfolio setup in Reckon Personal Plus 2022.
