I'm new to hosted, finding it very slow and the radar button for save and new doesn't often work have to use save and close and then go back in when I'm entering sales or invoices, which is quite annoying? Logging in through microsoft edge with Windows 10 on a new computer, should I be using something else?

I'd recommend testing your speed at fast.com
You need 40mbps minimum.
Also do NOT use Chrome. It is a ridiculous memory hog. Use Brave or Edge.

Hi Shaz and Zappy, I checked my internet speed and it was 100mbps, I ended up ringing tech support and it appears that if your red toolbox icon is near radar buttons it affects the function. moved it away from the save and new and that worked but the radar button near where i put it didnt?? anyway thanks for your input I'll check where the toolbox is in future before inputting data.

At the risk of sounding stupid, when you say 'radar buttons' do you mean the various Save/Clear options at the bottom of the invoice screen? (screenshot example below)
Out of curiousity how close was the Floating Toolbar sitting near these buttons?

Haha yes! Sorry didn’t know what you called them (radio button?) yes the floating toolbox was about where you’ve shown it in your example. Once I spoke to the technician I moved it and that buttons worked again (problem was only with save and new). But I put the toolbar up to the left hand top and then that interfered with another thing there. I just moved it right down to bottom left and the rest of my data entry was ok
