Nothing working

I have been using Reckon Hosted for most of the day, but this afternoon it has decided to not work. I am unable to open icons from the Home Page, input details into statements that I had open etc. Why? I have logged out and back in a number of times and it has made no difference. I have also restarted my computer.

When you signed out of the Hosted service did you also log off the session in Hosted's control panel? If not, can you please also do that and then logout in full.
Reopen and sign back into Hosted and see if you're able to access functionality.
