Which version of Reckon Accounts are you using?
What email client are you using? What type of email account are you using? eg. Gmail, Hotmail, something else etc?
When did this first start occurring? Have you had a chat with our support team as yet to go through troubleshooting? If so, can you let us know what has been tried so far.
