I am having issues today with saving and printing invoices, etc from RAH using Adobe Acrobat. Everything was fine on Friday, but this morning, it is not responding.

Any suggestions?

    Hi @JO-ANNE

    When you say you're using Adobe Acrobat do you mean the PDF's that generate within Hosted itself eg. when printing an invoice for example.

    Can you please try logging off the active session in the first instance, close your browser and then retry after.

    Let me know how you get on.

    Hi Rav

    yes that is correct, when I print a customer invoice in RAH. I select the print button on the taskbar, it goes to the print one tax invoice screen, I select print there, it then goes to the pdf screen, I select the print button there, this is where the problem is. I have to download the document and print it from there.

    I have logged off and logged back in, problem still persists

    After you select the print button on the PDF screen are there any prompt or windows that may be opening in the background and awaiting response? In particular, does this prompt appear for you?

    If all of that is correct and appearing as usual, then I'd definitely recommend giving our tech support team a call so we can get a technician to take a look at this.
