**RESOLVED** Reckon Accounts Hosted - 504 Gateway Timeout (16 June)
Hi everyone
We're currently investigating reports of access issues affecting Reckon Accounts Hosted.
Initial investigations show that users attempting to access the Hosted service at https://hosted.reckon.com/ are encountering a timeout landing page such as the screenshot below.
Users who are already logged into Reckon Accounts Hosted are unaffected at this stage.
Our teams are currently investigating this as we speak and we're aiming to have more information on this shortly. More updates to follow.
Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this is causing at the moment.

Hello, I've been trying to sign in for a few hours and at first I was getting error 505 server temporary unavailable and now gateway error 504. Any suggestions

I've moved your post over to this main one as its related the info above. We're currently working on addressing this issue with the timeout error and I'm really sorry for the hassle its causing so far tonight.
Further updates will be made here as soon as possible.

Hi everyone,
Our teams have resolved this issue and access is returning to normal. We're continuing to monitor this though and there may some performance issues over the next 10 minutes while we get back to full capacity.
