Reckon Payroll Web not responding
Dear Reckon,
When every time I tried accessing the payroll web, the blue loading sign appears but never responded. I've tried waiting for a longer period but it still doesn't work. Is there any way to fix this issue?
The payroll app does not work on my phone as well. It automatically redirects me back to the login page when I attempted logging in.

If you access Payroll Web from https://payroll.reckon.com and login with your usual account details it should allow you through
However, you've mentioned that the Payroll App on your phone isn't working either. Have you ever been able to login to your account successfully or is this the first time you're attempting to do so?
