License renewal

I have Reckon accounts Home and Business 2022 - I was sent renewal notice which I paid in May - received email with confirmation of license renewal on May 25th - today I am getting a notification when I try to access my Reckon saying that the product has expired ???

    All good - I had renewed my license but had not upgraded to new version so had my existing version extended
