Unable to print or view invoice

Hi,

I've just signed up and I can't seem to view or print invoices without a 404 error, please help.

    I've just logged into to check my test book this morning and invoices seemed to load ok.

    Where does that error screen appear exactly? When you open the invoice itself or click the print option within the invoice?

    Does it occur on any invoice that you attempt to open?

    Is the same thing occurring for you today?

    thanks for checking, yes still the same error appearing as the screen shot above -

    this app.reckonone.com page can't be found

    No web page was found for the web address:

    https:app.reckone.com/Core/DocumentPrint/Print/e69cffe1-b6a0-4ea6-831d-ab49c3032344/Print?reportType=Invoice

    HTTP ERROR 404

    Just to check, you're not going to that web address directly correct? ie. that error screen is appearing AFTER you click on 'Print' on the invoice while you're logged into Reckon One itself right? Or are you inputting that web address into your browser?


    It might be worth giving our Reckon One tech support team a call just so we can check that out, they're open until 7pm tonight on 1300 137 657
