STP aureg file

Every time I create an STP file in Reckon Hosted I get the attached error messages. How do I get rid of them? It only happens with one company file

Hi Kim
I believe this is occurring because your company file name contains a special character; a '/' in this case for T/As.
If you rename your company file to a name without any special characters it should solve this for you. I'll link some info below on how to rename your company file in Reckon Accounts Hosted -
