ReckonOne connection to Reckon Payments

I have connected my ReckonOne toReckon Payments, is there a way I can get it to automatically change the invoice to paid (in ReckonOne) when the payment goes through the ReckonPayments system? So I don't have to manually put in each one?

    Hi @StarzDanceCo

    From what I understand, once your customer pays the invoice you've sent them with the Reckon Payments payment option it will automatically mark the invoice as paid by creating a receipt that links to the invoice.

    Is this not occurring for you?
