Hosted frozen after login

I am now having this problem. Reckon is freezing for everyone in the office at different times - sometimes it's for me on Chrome, sometimes for my colleague on Firefox. We've tried logging in as each other to break the session, and when we log in, we get the frozen screen - so it's like it's frozen on Reckon's end, not ours.

There might be a prompt or window open in the background that is awaiting action. Try pressing Alt and Page Down or Alt and Page Up buttons to bring any windows in the background to the foreground.
