File not openning up error code -6000 83-

Need help running quickbooks 2014 i have this error code -6000 83- other files work have run quickbooks tool hub with no luck need help ASAP

The 2014 edition of Reckon Accounts is a sunsetted version so unfortunately, its highly unlikely that you'll be able to get it to run.
