Unable to send Invoices through Email

Hi all, I have recently upgraded to Reckon Accounts Home and Business 2022 and I'm unable to email my Invoices, error saying 'Mail Login failed'. Thanks

    Hi @maxlynette1

    Try the following steps -

    • Right-click your Home & Business launch icon
    • Properties > Compatibility tab
    • Tick the box Run this program as an administrator
    • Click OK to finish
    • Retry sending in Home & Business

    I am running Home & Business 2022. Upgraded to Windows 11and now am unable to send invoices. "Mail login failed"

    Tried the solution Ran suggested but it does not help.
