Saying licence is expired but I just paid in May this year

I can not access Reckon Accounts as it is saying my licence has expired, however I renewed it in May. The 1800 number doesn't work on weekends yet this is when I do my personal accounts. Can anyone help??

    Thanks Gerry. I eventually found another post where someone explained the page in the website to go to to find my product key. All good now!
