Reckon one Unable to carry out expense transaction

For some reason today I cannot allocate expense transactions against my bank feed transactions list...any help thanks?

    Hi there @veela

    If you logout of the Reckon One service altogether (use the Back to Portal option in the top right corner), close your browser and then log back in, does the same behaviour persist?
