How do we clean up the Q Drive, by deleting old folders and and making new ones pls

Please note, once a file is deleted it cannot be recovered for any reason so please ensure you have made any required backups and downloaded them to a local destination on your PC as a safeguard.

Also, if you have shared folders then simply deleting the shared folder will not delete the file. It will merely delete the shared folder access from your login. The shared folder and the file within will remain visible to all other users who have access to the shared folder.
