How to fix account entries that are all messed up

One of my accounts has the entries all messed up - and not even in chronological order.

    I messed around and realised that the entries had been in order of withdrawals and deposits so I looked up how to change the entries by date. thanks a lot but it seems ok now after a lot of angst. Sorry to bother you. Valda
