Bank Connection - Re-Authorisation

Hi All,
My bank connection had stopped working. I tried to re-authorised but could not get it to work.
Would appreciate great help from the community.

What is the error message in the software since the feed stopped working?
Also, can you let me know what happened specifically when you attempted to reauthorise the feed? ie. did you encounter an error message there as well? If so, what is it?

Hi Rav,
I am using firefox as my browser. There was no issues since I started using reckon one about 3 years back.
Thebank feed stopped working on 10.10.22. I tried to re-authorised but it just goes into a thinking loop. There was no error message and goes back to the re-authorisation page.

Hi Rav,
I tried using chrome as my browser but still could not resolved the bank connection issues. The bank feed just stop working and I tried to re-authorise without success. Please advise
