STP Lodgement

Hi

I am trying to lodge my STP and it is not processing. The file name is only showing as *.json so I have had to fill in the file name manually, now it won't launch to the Portal for lodgement.

Any suggestions?

    UPDATE - I have managed to work around it and do the whole lodgement process manually.

    Jo you don't need to process manually. You should investigate the error and determine the reason for it.
