Error 1920

Question

I have a new computer and am trying to install Reckon Accounts Plus 2022 which I have used on my previous computer.  Keep getting Error 1920 when install gets to Reckon Payroll App. Have deleted downloads and reinstalled 3 times after restarting but same outcome.

Going by this description on Reckon site, it seems there is a Windows service that is not active on the new computer.
