Personal Plus 2022 has stopped working on Windows 11
I have recently renewed my licence for Reckon Personal Plus 2022, however since approx 1 month before the renewal I have been unable to open the software. When I try to open it, the pop up to update share prices etc comes up, however that is all that can be seen. The software looks like it is open/running on the taskbar, but will not maximise at all. And if I hover over the icon on the task bar it looks blank (see photo).
WHAT HAVE I DONE SO FAR?
Although I realised it was unlikely, I did pay my renewal early, thinking perhaps it was a renewal issue. no change. I have also uninstalled, redownloaded and reinstalled the software. No change.
Microsoft Surface laptop 4; running Widows 11 home, 64-bit OS, X64-based processor
