reckon loggin out constantly

Hi team,

We are getting logged out constantly. PC machine using chrome we have tried firefox, not safari.

here is error code:

any assistance would be appreciated.......its getting very annoying.

    Can I just clarify, are you being logged out of your file itself OR is the Reckon Accounts Hosted dashboard screen timing out?

    If its within the file, are the logouts occurring when you're performing a certain task/activity eg. creating an invoice/sending an email etc?

    Is your PC going to sleep/hibernate mode etc immediately before you notice this occurring?

    If its within the file, are the logouts occurring when you're performing a certain task/activity eg. creating an invoice/sending an email etc? VERY RANDOM.....THE USER PROCESSES SALES ORDERS MAINLY.

    Is your PC going to sleep/hibernate mode etc immediately before you notice this occurring? NO..NOT ALL ALL. ALL OTHER PROGRAMS ARE OPERATING EFFECTIVELY, I.E OUTLOOK EXCEL, WORD ETC
