Printing Tax Invoices
Hi, new to community and Reckon Accounts for my golf club. I can't seem to print a Tax Invoice from a template (Advertising Template) but I can print the same Tax Invoice as a Service Template. Hoping someone can help. It's probably something very simple. 🤔

What happens when you try to print?

It all looks good on the preview and when I hit print nothing happens. I've checked the printer and can print other things in Reckon but the Advertising Invoice Template just won't print. If I try and print the same invoice on a service invoice it prints okay.

Moon, have you tried printing to a pdf printer? Oh and what is this "advertising invoice template"? Its not one of the default templates. Have you tried recreating it? It could have become corrupted.

Hmm ... that's strange 😖
Try duplicating your Advertising one to make a copy of it (in the Templates List, right-click on the applicable Advertising ... one, then select Duplicate > Tax Invoice)
Does it work on the copy ?
