can't retrieve my username

Hi
I’ve just requested my forgotten username & as there are two users, I typed in my first name & surname and got an error message saying “This email address doesn’t have an associated username.
Whenever I’ve rung up for support, there’s only one email address I’ve given or used & so not sure what’s wrong.

Hi
I emailed onlinesupport@reckon.com (with our login numbers) and they replied fairly quickly with our usernames. So I can login in now thankfully. so problem solved.
