Reckon One - Server Error 404 File or directory not found
Hi everyone
We're currently investigating an issue affecting access to Reckon One.
After logging into your Reckon Portal account and attempting to open your Reckon One book you may encounter a 404 Server Error message such as the screenshot example above.
Our dev team is currently investigating this at the highest priority and we sincerely apologise to our Reckon One customers for the inconvenience this is causing at the moment.

We're seeing much improved performance and Reckon One books should now be loading. Speed will continue to improve over the next little while and return back to normal.
Our teams are continuing to work on this and investigate the cause.

Hi Rav and Reckon team,
Looks like there is an issue again with accessing Reckon One. Now it gives me the '504 Gateway Time Out' error information.

Hi again everyone,
Unfortunately this issue has reoccurred and is currently affecting access to Reckon One books again.
Our teams are working on this as we speak and we expect to have services back online very soon.

Yes unfortunately this issue has cropped up again and our teams are looking into it at the moment.

We're starting to see some access coming back to Reckon One books now but performance isn't ideal nor where we want it to be so we're not quite out of the woods yet.
We're continuing to work on this as a priority.

Hi all,
You should be seeing a much better experience in gaining access to, and using your Reckon One book now. Our teams are still doing a fair bit of work on our end as we're still not quite in the clear but I'd be keen to hear how you're going if you attempt to access Reckon One now.
Just a quick edit to the above. There may be some areas specific to payroll functionality that might be loading a little slow at the moment and we're working to address that currently.
