ABA files not supported by Apple iOS?

Hi, has anyone had a problem with uploading an ABA file to a bank site and then being unable to authorise the ABA file via an Apple iphone/ipad? This situation has occurred today following a recent change in Macquarie Bank's online banking platform. Any help or ideas appreciated, thanks. Denise

Do you experience the same behaviour if you attempt to action this on a PC eg. is it only isolated to your Apple device?

After a bit more investigation today, the problem with downloading of ABA files is not related to our desktop PC which works fine (i'm using RA Accounts 2022 version), but looks like the Apple iOS/iPadOS have the problem, so will try and get assistance directly from Apple Support to hopefully sort this out. I don't know if anyone else has recently experienced this problem but I can share any info I find on this.

Try accessing RAH via the Google Chrome browser on your iPad (rather than the Safari one) instead & see if that works 😬
