MFA code not being received

Hi

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this issue but the MFA code that I usually receive within seconds on the STP platform is not being generated.

I have tried logging out and turning my phone onto flight mode as previously suggested and nothing seems to work. I last used it on Wednesday so not sure if anything has changed since then but would appreciate any feedback.

    Hi there Larisa

    You've done the main troubleshooting steps which is great. Out of curiosity, which mobile network provider are you with?

    I just tested it out myself and it worked as normal for me, I'm with Telstra.

    I'd be interested to hear from fellow Community members as well if they are also having any trouble and what network they're on just to see if there's a common denominator.

    forgot to mention that I have been getting incoming SMS's and have managed to send SMS's today without any problems

    I'll report this to our dev team and get them to see if there's anything going on at our end specific to the Vodafone network.

    Hi again Larisa

    This looks to be an issue at the Vodafone end rather than us in this specific case. See communication from them via their Twitter account below. Hopefully they'll be able to get their services back up very soon and we're keeping a very close eye on this as well.

    It looks like Vodafone have resolved their issue that was affecting SMS -


    Hopefully you've been able to access GovConnect now but sing out if you're still having any trouble.
