How do I rectify situation? Trying to email invoices and system stuck.

Cannot work on reckon as it will not clear from "Select Forms to Send" "Going online" screens.

I was trying to send a couple of invoices and think I have pressed the wrong field/s.

    Hi Cecily

    There might be a prompt or window open in the background that is awaiting action. Try pressing Alt and Page Down or Alt and Page Up buttons to bring any windows in the background to the foreground.
