Hi @JAGFUT
I can see what you mean by going to the trial page from the site. Let me get some more info around this.
If you shoot through your best contact number in a Private Message to me, I'll arrange a call from our Customer Service team to get you setup with a trial. If you've already got a Customer ID with us as well include that in the message π

Hi again @JAGFUT
An alternative option to subscribe to the 30 day trial for Reckon Accounts Hosted (Australia) is via this link - https://hosted.reckon.com/access/signup.aspx?TrialUser=true
I've reported the issue with the website redirecting to trials for Reckon Accounts Hosted NZ only and the team will be fixing this up first thing tomorrow morning.
Cheers

I have started the thirty day trial, finally been able to upload my desk top file. However the hosted version is Enterprise and my desk top is only premier. Have i missed something. Jules

You will have to open in Enterprise and update the file, but if you are only trialling I would suggest you create a copy or keep a backup of the file that you can still open in your Premier version. Once you update the file you wonβt be able to go back.

so hosted doesn't have a premier version?

No Hosted online is the same Enterprise- the latter is the offline version. It will do all that you can do in Premier and more I believe.

I am currently Desktop, it has Premier or Enterprise.
I am only a small business and Premier suits me find.
I just want to move from desktop to hosted. Getting a bit old for all this I think.

Only way to go to online is using Reckon Hosted

@JAGFUT As Kris advised, Hosted is the "Enterprise" version (which is the next version up from "Premier" in the desktop range) Enterprise is Reckon's highest version, containing all features/functionality. It has larger user, permissions & list capabilities, multi-company reporting & more. You can find more detail on this in an earlier thread here:
I would strongly agree with Kris that you should upload a "Copy" of your Premier file to Hosted rather than your original as once you upgrade the file to a higher version, it's no longer compatible with - & therefore can't open in - a lower one again π¬
