PRINTING FROM ACCOUNTS HOSTED

I am new to accounts hosted. I need to print invoices and forms to my desk top printer.

How do I make this work please.

I think maybe to do with pop-ups . Previous help suggestions are not working.

    What is happening at the moment when you attempt to print? Are you running into an error?

    Can you let me know the process you're going through.

    Hi JAGFUT

    You need to enable popups in your browser settings. Not sure of the specifics for other browsers but in Google Chrome ...

    • Click on the 3 dots at top right then click on Settings in the dropdown menu
    • Click on Privacy and security in the left hand side list > Site settings
    • Scroll down & click on Pops and redirects
    • Select "Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects" under Default behavior

    Can you provide some further information on what is actually happening when you attempt to print in Hosted currently?
