    Are you using Windows 7? And have you done a verify data and rebuilt your file? If not do it 3 times. But I have read in a previous post that it was caused by Windows 7

    Ok well that rules out that theory. Have you tried the verify and rebuild - 3 times?

    Hi there @malcolm

    Can you let me know where this error is appearing? Is it when you're performing a certain task/action in the software or upon installation?

    If its the former, do you have a recent backup of your company file and if so, does the same error occur on that file as well? Just want to try and isolate whether the issue is file or software related.

    Hi Ray

    I should have given more information on this installation. There are 5 computers generally all logged in and it is only one computer with this problem. It occurs when trying to print or email anything.

    all other computers are working correctly.

    So no problem except for this error code. That was the reason i deleted all Reckon on the computer and did a fresh install. Installation successful. User able to do all other actions except when trying to print anything. I will go to site later today to copy error log and will send to you.

    I have the same problem with Reckon Accounts Premier 2022 (desktop). We operate 2 company files, both work correctly and without problem on my laptop and both have the error code appearing on the bookkeeper's laptop. Have also uninstalled and reinstalled (from fresh download), done the rebuild 3 times, recovered from backup files - nothing helps. Error is occurring whenever you try and print reports - usually 1st print works fine and then the error code appears and also when doing reconciliations (ie at "reconcile now") and sometimes when printing invoices.

    This has now been going on for around 3 weeks. Nothing in particular caused it start - just started happening one morning. Getting really annoying now as have to do screenshots anytime we need hard copy of information.

    Please help.

    I've just done a quick search & there have been a couple of threads on this in the last few years ... looks like it can be related to having the RA installation on a Windows 7 OS:

    @malcolm & @Sara Jenkins is it occurring on a Windows 7 computer ?

    Unfortunately that’s not his problem, he’s on Windows 10, Malcolm are all 5 computers on Windows 10?

    Hi @malcolm & @Sara Jenkins

    Can I just confirm that you've deleted the qbprint and WPR files?

    If not, can I get you to review the information in the guide linked below and perform these steps if you haven't done so already.

    Malcolm, I see that you've mentioned these files weren't found, so in your case I think it might be best to give our support team a buzz so we can have a technician take a closer look into this, including your setup.
