Revoke MFA

Hi

Can someone please let me know how to go about revoking my MFA for Reckon Gov Connect when I no longer have access to my old phone and my recovery code which I wrote down did not work and am now locked out of using it.

    You would have got a recovery code when you set up 2FA. If you forgot to take a photo of it or copy it down youll need to ring Reckon. On Monday.

    Hi @DDmay36

    If you don't have access to the original authenticator and/or the recovery PIN then please get in touch with our support team and they'll be able to assist in revoking your current MFA after a quick security check.

    Hi Rav

    I have contacted support and was on the phone for quite a while and it has now been escalated. I sent an email (on Monday 5th June) as requested with all my details and have received no response.

    Not sure what is happening now but I need to access Reckon Gov Connect so that I can lodge STP for my clients. (I only have a Reckon Customer Portal account).

    Really sorry about the delay with this @DDmay36, I've tracked down your case and the existing MFA has now been revoked.

    When you next try logging in you'll be prompted to setup a new MFA.
