Could someone kindly explain step by step how to change the shipping address on a purchase order please.

    Hi Amy

    You can edit the address manually on the PO itself:

    If you want to Add a shipping address to use again, you can confirm this on the prompt & it will save it:

    ... creating a "Ship To" dropdown list of your added shipping addresses that you can select from next time 😊
