Reckon One access issue - Books not opening correctly ⚠

Hi everyone

We're currently investigating reports of Reckon One books not opening correctly.

Initial observations indicate that upon launching your book from the Reckon Portal it results in a blank page such as the below screenshot or an Access Denied message.

Our Reckon One dev team in investigating as we speak and will work toward rectifying access ASAP. Further updates to follow.

Hi everyone,

Our Reckon One team is narrowing down on the cause of the issue and are in the process of implementing a solution which you should start to see coming through very shortly.

Please try opening up your Reckon One book again from the Portal screen and it should open correctly.

Hi I'm having problems in Reckon One in the middle of creating and sending invoices to customers the design of the form changed and it is now sending me error messages

Any ideas as to what is going on

Hi Janet,

Can you let me know the specific error message you're receiving. A screenshot would be great if possible.

Also, where does the error appear? When you're sending out the email or somewhere else along the process?
