Can't get the migration assistant to apply in employees detail window.. Says no rows are checked.. but they are !!.. Have tried both individual and Bulk method
I had an issue on one computer whereby I couldn’t actually see the bottom of the window where I had to select the preferences. I had not noticed the scroll bars
Ok.. have worked it out... The entries had already been applied and I needed to go to Next!!

I got through the migration assistant but the system seemed to have frozen.. I shut down and re opened but no company file will load even when i go to "File".."open or restore company"...

Did this occur immediately after completing the Migration Assistant or at some point later while using the software?
After you restarted the software and tried to restore your company file with 'Open or Restore Company', can you actually locate your file?
The freeze occurred whilst using the software.. not long after completing assistant
When going to open or restore company I can see the file but when i click it nothing opens
I posted this in your other thread but I'll copy it below here as well -
Can you head into the Hosted control panel and logoff any active sessions in the 'Log off Remote Sessions' section then logout (use the Logout option).
Once that is done, close your browser then reopen Hosted and login. Try to open your file again, does it work successfully?
