Hi there,

I just processed my first Phase 2 pay and, during the migration set up put our Meal Allowance tax trackng code as none. When I do my STP report, the allowance is not part of the gross wages as it was previously. However, Reckon payroll summary shows it as part of the gross wages so I have a discrepancy. What have I done wrong?

That’s correct Robyn.

It’s not anything you’ve done wrong - This is how the ATO wants it as per STP2 disaggregation ☺️

OK thanks Rav and Sharon... I also noted that overtime is no longer classified within the gross total... The gross total is solely comprised of ordinary hours. Is this correct?
