error -6000, -83 opening reckon accounts hosted

I am getting error codes -6000, -83 when I try to open my company file on reckon accounts hosted. I have completed the update to the new 2023 version, and all was fine previously, but today this error. I tried logging off remote sessions, closing my browser, and using an incognito window, nothing helped. Please assist.

I also sometimes get "This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose "Switch To" to activate the busy program and correct the problem."
Then I get the first error again if I retry.

Can I get you to exit the file then logoff any active sessions in the Hosted control panel and then logout.
Info here -
Log back in after a couple of minutes, reopen your file and use it as normal. Does the same error persist for you?

In that case, can I get you to slightly rename your company file, I believe doing so should solve this particular error. Also when doing so, ensure that your file name doesn't have any special characters.
