How do I deactivate an account from Online Services in Personal Plus once it has been activated?

I had set up a bank account to receive the online feed from the bank but no longer wish to do so. I can't seem to now deactivate it for online services. The 'Delete' button in the Online Center is grayed out.

    Go to the account right click on edit and go through to online banking and delete it through that way that may work. Call me if you wish

    Hi Gerry,

    The button on that screen is labelled "Delete Account". It appears to be the same button available on the General Information tab. Are you saying that this only deletes the link to online services and does not delete the whole account? I didn't click on it for fear that the account itself would be deleted.

    Mine shows the same and I was frightened to delete it but I think if you did a back up first you could always restore it if that doesn't do what you wanted to do I think it only deletes the actual link to online banking

    No, as I feared, it deletes the whole account. I've restored from backup.

    I see no way to unlink it from Online Services...

    Eric,

    Yes, that is correct. There is no problem linking an account to a financial institution. The difficulty is that, once you have linked them, there appears to be no ability to unlink them.
