STP not showing on MyGov after successful submissions
I finalized pays (9 of them) on Sunday 2 July and showed in GovConnect as successful. I checked my MyGov account yesterday to make sure my income statement shows as Tax Ready and it is not. When I went into the side bar for an explanation it said that the last reported date I had made a submission was on 2 February 2023. Every submission made on my end shows as successful.
I called Reckon help and was told, after they apparently checked everything their end, to call the ATO. I called the ATO and they could not take my call due to the volume of calls. Has anyone had a similar issue? My employer has not heard from anyone else having this issue.

If the finalisation submission is showing as successful in your portal, this issue is ATO-related.
Unfortunately many of their online services are a bit hit & miss at the moment 😬
Do you do your own tax or go to a tax agent ? Print your STP finalisation record from the portal for your tax return if the status is not updated in time & use that.

Thanks Shaz. I have called the ATO again and this time someone called me back. They had the correct totals but they were not showing in my MyGov account. I am to call back tomorrow if the amounts do not show correctly in MyGov by then. I use a tax agent.
