Portal not loading in Reckon Accounts Hosted browser

Trying to lodge STP and just getting a blank screen

    Hi @Michele Krome

    Where in the process does this blank screen occur for you? Is it when the internal browser within Reckon Accounts Hosted opens after exporting your STP file or at some point after logging in to the Portal itself?

    I just logged into the portal direct in a browser with no problem

    When the internal within Reckon Hosted opens after export the STP file - don't even get the chance to log in

    Yes it’s a little different to logging in direct. You can always download or save the STP file to desktop, and then login to portal.reckon.com and lodge the file from there. But I wouldn’t panic yet, will probably be fine tomorrow

    Thanks @Michele Krome, we've managed to replicate this and I've raised it with our dev team who are kicking off an investigation into it.


    In the meantime though, as @Kris_Williams has mentioned you can access GovConnect by going to it directly. You'll need to download your STP .json file from Reckon Accounts Hosted first (I'll link some info on this in the guide below) and then open a separate tab in your browser and head over to https://portal.reckon.com/ and sign in as you normally would then upload the STP file to GovConnect for submission.

    Just a quick update, I've been advised that our dev team have resolved this issue.

    The Reckon Portal should now be loading as normal from within Hosted.
